Pred says this is the best part of the job because it helps him place his customers in the loan that best meets their individual needs. His personal satisfaction comes from knowing he played a role in helping people achieve their dream, of owning their homes.
 

Pred has a degree in economics and he spent his early years as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley. He obtained his National Mortgage License and joined the industry which he finds the most rewarding. He joined New American Funding in January of 2015 where he feels at home.

In his personal life, he is an international traveler and visited most the countries around the globe. He had lived in Northern and South Africa for almost a decade. He spent three years living in the Caribbean Islands and exploring the cultures and customs of those exotic places. He speaks 5 languages fluently and is intimately familiar with different cultures and customs throughout the world.

He enjoys extreme sports and is a wine connoisseur and collector.

Privately, he is an accomplished violinist. He finds inner peace while playing this fine instrument.
